Error "Resource 'portal' at name of portal not found" when inviting team members or learners

We've confirmed there is a problem, we're working to resolve it.
We have received multiple reports and are investigating an issue with OpenLearning manage team and learner invites via the Institution Settings, suggesting that it is currently not working as expected with an error message "Resource 'portal' at name of portal not found" The support and development teams have been notified and we are working to resolve this as soon as possible with high priority. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
