Temporary Issue with PDF Certificate Generation
We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We’ve identified a temporary issue affecting the issuance of PDF certificates on OpenLearning which prevented successful generation of certificates for some learners.
This has now been resolved, and we’re currently running a migration to re-generate the affected certificates. A total of 958 certificates are being processed, and we expect this to complete within approximately 30 minutes.
