We’ve fixed the core issue and added a security patch which will allow users to view and download contents from the platform again. However, this is getting released in stages and we expect this to be fully restored by next week. We are currently investigating reports where some media/file URLs being blocked by some internet providers and firewall / antivirus applications. We are working to mitigate any affected URLs. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
